“Giselle is the best therapist I've met. From day 1 she has made me feel comfortable opening up, and also knows exactly what I'm going through when I haven't been able to put it into words she can. After every session, Giselle gives me helpful info and tools to use at home when needed and we always finish our session with a breathing exercise to calm and bring me back into the present and let go of things talked about during our session.
