Art of Presence - Mindfulness Classes
Nurturing Your Mind, Body, and Spirit

Our mindfulness classes offer a comprehensive approach to holistic wellbeing, integrating ancient wisdom with modern practices to cultivate harmony within.

Amidst the chaos of daily life, find refuge in the calm stillness that resides within you. The practice of presence not only nurtures mental clarity and emotional balance but also opens the door to profound insights and spiritual growth.

This one-hour session integrates guided breathing exercises with movements from Qigong and Taiji forms, culminating in meditation practices.

Breath Awareness

The breath is the gateway to mindfulness.

Through breath awareness practices, you'll learn to anchor your attention to the present moment, quieting the chatter of the mind and fostering a sense of calm.

Conscious breathing techniques not only reduce stress and anxiety but also improve respiratory function and enhance overall wellbeing.

Movement - Qigong/Taiji

Embark on a journey of graceful movement and mindful embodiment with Qigong and Taiji.

These gentle yet powerful practices blend flowing movements with breath awareness, promoting balance, flexibility, and vitality.

Feel the energy (Qi) coursing through your body as you harmonise your internal landscape with the rhythms of the natural world, leaving you feeling grounded, centred, and fully alive.

Meditation Practices

Meditation is the art of being present and a gateway to inner peace.

Our classes offer various meditation techniques, including mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, visualisation and others.

Through regular practice, you'll develop greater clarity of mind, emotional resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Meditation not only reduces stress but also fosters a sense of inner peace and compassion towards yourself and others.

Activating the Vibrational Body

Beyond the physical and mental realms lies the vibrational body—the subtle energy field that animates all life.

Through mindfulness practices, you'll learn to awaken and harmonise this vibrational body, unlocking your innate potential for healing and transformation.

By attuning to higher frequencies of consciousness, you'll align with the natural rhythms of the universe, experiencing a sense of interconnectedness and wholeness.
